Continuing a long-standing tradition of contributing, the Charleston CFO Council and Upstate CFO Council supported the Educational Foundation for Women in Accounting (EFWA) with their generous contribution toward our scholarships. Their recent donation of $20,000 will go a long way in helping women achieve their academic goals in accounting. These leaders continue to inspire our scholarship applicants, and we are excited to celebrate their continued commitment to the EFWA.

The Educational Foundation for Women in Accounting (EFWA) would like to thank the volunteers who served on this year's scholarship selection committee and those who served on the leadership team working on fundraising efforts and coordinating and reviewing the applications. The Foundation received a record number of applications in 2021 and each was thoroughly reviewed and considered, taking countless hours. The result of their support and dedication was the awarding of a record number of scholarships.
