KPMG has supported the EFWA for many years, with donations of both time and money. We appreciate their generosity immensely. For 2019, Blane Ruschak, Executive Director of Campus Recruiting at KPMG, presented a check for $5,000 to the Educational Foundation for Women in Accounting (EFWA) at the annual Charleston CFO Council Dinner meeting. For the fourth year in a row, KPMG was the dinner meeting Charity Partner and donated the money to the EFWA in honor of the Charleston CFO Council.
Charleston CFO Council Founder Robert Bendetti was on hand with Blane Ruschak to present the check to EFWA Board member Alex Miller. In accepting the check, Ms. Miller thanked Mr. Ruschak for his “generous donation and steadfast commitment to the advancement of women in accounting”.
